Re-tightening Classes Now Offered!!!
The Sisterlocks™ Consultation is the first step in your Sisterlocks™ journey. The consultation generally last 45 minutes depending on how many questions you have.
Clients must pay $200 prior to the start of the installation session and the reminder of the balance is due at the beginning of the last session.
There is NO CHARGE for the 1st retightening session after the installation. However client's must return within 3 weeks for this follow-up. If the client does not return within 3 weeks, the follow-up appointment will be void. As such, the next appointment will be considered a standard retightening and the client will be billed at the regular retightening rate.
For every session (consultation, installation or retightening) your hair must be clean (washed within 24 hrs) and free of all oils, conditioners, and moisturizers.
TRANSFER CLIENT POLICY
All new and existing clients must have an appointment for services. Appointments are for clients being serviced. Please do not bring or invite guests to your session.
Cancelled or Rescheduled Appointments
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $25 fee. This fee must be paid in advance of scheduling a new appointment (pay option available under Appointments).
Clients who have multiple cancelled or rescheduled appointments will be required to pay for their session in advance.
Locks of Beauty reserves the right to not provide service to client's with excessive cancelled appointments.
Sessions may range from 2 to 3 hours if regular 4 - 6 week appointments are maintained. Breaks taken by your consultant are not included in your billed time.
Transfer clients are billed $150 for up to 3 hours of service; each additional hour is $35.
Clients must call or text if they expect to be more than 10 minutes late. Please note that this does not guarantee your appointment will not be rescheduled as a result of your lateness.
If your appointment is cancelled as result of you being late, the cancellation fee must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.
Services will be billed from the time of the start of your appointment, not your arrival time.
Clients may pay with a credit card or cash at the time of their scheduled appointment. To include cancellation fees if applicable. Checks are not accepted.
If you are sick or ill and/or caring for anyone with a transferable infection, virus or disease, PLEASE RESCHEDULE your appointment until the conditions have been remedied. Proper notice is still required.
Photo Usage Disclosure
Locks of Beauty reserves the right to photograph all work for demonstrative purposes. Photos may be used on Locks of Beauty's website as well as on other promotional materials.
